LINEV Systems is proud to announce that LV STREAM, our high-footfall X-ray bag screening system, has won Market Disruptor of the Year 2026 at the Security & Safety Entrepreneur Awards, presented during The Security Event at the NEC, Birmingham.

This latest recognition marks the sixth award for LV STREAM in the last year, reinforcing its growing impact on the security industry and its role in reshaping how venues, public spaces and high-footfall locations approach bag screening.

The judges praised LV STREAM for its disruptive, non-intrusive approach, highlighting its ability to support faster entry, improved security standards and scalable, cost-effective performance.

Designed and developed in the UK, LV STREAM was created to address one of the most common operational challenges in venue security: how to maintain a high level of protection without creating long queues, intrusive manual searches or unnecessary pressure on security teams.

At the heart of LV STREAM is an AI-powered X-ray screening concept that combines advanced imaging, automatic threat detection and a visitor-friendly screening process. The system is designed for high-footfall environments where speed, consistency and operational reliability are essential, including stadiums, arenas, public events, schools, universities, museums, cultural venues, government buildings and critical infrastructure.

LV STREAM can process up to 1,400 bags per hour, helping venues keep people moving while supporting effective prohibited-items detection. Its dual-view X-ray technology and A-EYE-powered automatic analysis assist security teams in identifying potential threats, including weapons, knives, explosives, suspicious high-mass objects, flares, fireworks, vapes and other prohibited items.

Unlike traditional bag search processes that often depend heavily on manual inspection, LV STREAM helps reduce routine manual searches and supports a more consistent screening workflow. This allows security staff to focus on decision-making, visitor management and wider site safety rather than slowing entry points with repetitive checks.

The award reflects the system’s practical value for modern security operations: faster throughput, reduced bottlenecks, improved staff efficiency and a less intrusive experience for visitors.
